ONE-NORTH EDEN

One of these land parcels was acquired by T.I.D Residential Pte Ltd (a joint-venture between Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan) and launched in April 2021 as One-North Eden, a residential & commercial development. The launch of One-North Eden, a project with 165 residential units  was an overwhelming success with units snapped up very quickly. To date, One-North Eden is 99% sold, with the balance units being the larger 4 bedroom types.

NEW LAND PARCEL A & B LOCATION

Parcel A & B located along Slim Barracks Rise, are neighbouring sites to One-North Eden.  On 28 September 2021, Parcel A was successfully tendered by EL Development (developer for Pullman Residences D11) and Parcel B was successfully tendered by Gao Xiuhua (Kingsford - developer for Normanton Park). With a total site area of about 14,000 sqm, these two sites will add a further 405 units to the residential cluster.
